My name is Zdenka Prusa and I was born in Brno in the Czech Republic and now live in Victor Harbour South Australia and I am dedicated to breeding better toy poodles

I came to Australia in 1983 with my husband Richard and our two children Richard jnr and Veronika.

When both of our children had left home, I decided to get myself a present, my first pet poodle Filip, and just over year later, I got Lucka, a brown miniature female who had lost her home. It was then I made the big decision to start showing and breeding.. After a long time trying to buy a show quality puppy, Mrs. Gwen Wilson from "Gwynson Poodles" in South Australia let me have Archi, and that was my base for future breeding.

I have imported 3 new poodles from Europe - 1 white girl from Hungary, and a black girl and a Silver boy from the Czech Republic.

I have now aquired two more poodles, both white, a girl from New Zealand, a granddaughter of Blanka & Edgar, and a boy from Queensland who is very well bred. They both will compliment my breeding program.

I still love my old home the Czech Republic, but now call Australia home.   My life in Australia with my poodles is very quiet and pleasant.

I have made many friends in the poodle world here and in the Czech Republic, and I truly hope that will continue.

I presently live in the wonderful seaside town of Victor Harbour with my dogs.
